The Full Story

Hi, I’m Luis Ramos-Martinez, the founder of Safe Hands CPR. My mission is simple: to empower people with the knowledge and confidence to save lives.

For over 5 years, I have been teaching CPR and lifesaving skills under the City of Fresno PARCS Department, where I’ve had the privilege of training individuals as young as 15 and as experienced as 70. My students have come from all walks of life—lifeguards, teachers, caretakers, and even court attorneys—each with their own reasons for wanting to be prepared in an emergency.

This wide range of experience has taught me how to adapt my instruction so every student, no matter their background, leaves class confident and capable. When you train with me, you’re not just earning a certification—you’re gaining real-world skills taught with patience, clarity, and care.
